The beef patty and coco bread is amazing, the oxtail has too much fat and is way too greasy, the rice and pea wasn’t bad. I would just stick to the beef patty and coco bread from this place. I also had there jerk pork a few months back and that was too oily for me

This is it. This is THE PLACE. This food will put you in a coma that you'll never wanna wake up from. Everything is incredible. Oxtails, cocoa bread, beef patty, curry patty, rice, plantains, KEY LIME CAKE. I tipped heavy cause I knew as soon as I saw the place it wasn't gonna dissapoint and it didnt. This was one of the best lunches I've EVER had. They even asked if I wanted my patties put in the cocoa bread for me. After my meal I took one bite of the cake and no exaggeration my eyes started watering. I haven't had food this good since my wife left me. They were nice as can be and their service was only beat by their food.

Second time ordering from Rose’s and THIS IS THE PLACE. Their Jerk Chicken Pasta is by far the best i have ever had! If you can get the beef pattys as well! Will be coming back again!

Edit 11/25/24: l came back and still has never let me down wanted some good comfort food while I've been sick and had to post a picture (yes, I feel better already) I don't usually ever write reviews but I need to. The food was fantastic! I'm Guyanese born and raised in nyc moved to Alabama in 2021 living with my fiance, very far away from not only family but also authentic Caribbean food. Today I ordered from Rose's on a whim never seeing it before until today and when I tell you it did not disappoint I'm telling you IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I had the large curry chicken pasta, jerk chicken fried rice, fried plaintain and curry goat roti which was my favorite after the first bite of the dhal puri roti and the curry goat; it reminded me so much of home and is my absolute favorite dish! I'm 100lbs and my eye is bigger than my stomach but not today. There was sooooooo much food and I ate myself into a food coma and had to write a review as soon as I woke up. Definitely will edit my post and add pictures next time before I shine my plate as I will be ordering again!

Jerk ribs were great! The seasoning was on point (spicy) and the Mac and Cheese was awesome! Wasn’t busy around the time I stopped by. (Around 5pm) Ample sitting room. Food didn’t take long to come out. Next time in the area I’ll definitely stop by again.

Today I got ox pasta, a beef patty with coco bread and a side of plaintain. The coco bread was very soft texture of a Hawaiian roll. Personally I got full just off the patty by itself, but the oxtail was very tender literally falling off the bone. The plaintain was so hot it almost scolded my mouth, everything was fresh and very great tasting !!
